Application
Rexon Fuller's Earth Filter Regeneration Transformer Oil Recycling System, Vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration Plant ZYD-II-50(3000LPH) is especially designed to regenerate used and aging transformer oil, insulating oil. It takes high vacuum oil dehydrating and degassing system, powerful filtering system, and oil regeneration system, electrical control system, etc. together to make a high efficient transformer oil recycling processing. The oil is regenerated by passing through a Fuller’s Earth filter medium for molecular filtration.Contaminants and oil degradation products are trapped in the granules of the sorbent. After sorbent saturation, the ZYD-II unit automoatically switches to sorbent reactivation mode to remove contaminants from the sorbent into a special collector and charcoal filter.
