Before Sales Service
►We will collect customer’s oil information and detailed requirements firstly and both our salesman and technician will study and analyze the information to make a particular offer and solution to customers.
►We offer free consulting service to lead customers to choose the most suitable machine and models with highest cost performance.
►We welcome our customers to visit us and have a face-to-face meeting with us, and to choose the equipment on-site.
During Sales Service
►We will confirm with customer about order details again before official production, to make sure every detail is correct, like the power supply data, painting color, etc.,to avoid any mistake which may happen.
►We will report to customer for his order processing in each step, and keep a good communication with customer, to let customer know how his order is going, and when he can receive this machine to use.
►During our communication during production, if anything wrong, we will amend it immediately for customer.
►We will inspect very of our machine to be standard produced, and eligible for delivery. And at the same time, we will share the testing report and inspection certificate form our QC department to customers.
After Sales Service
►We will help to arrange the transport and shipping for the machine to customer.
►We offer full set documents for customs clearance at customer’s destination port.
►We will offer lifetime technical support for our equipment, free technical upgrade, free or chargeable spare parts supply, etc.
►We offer online service for customers 24 hours everyday. If you have any question while using our machine, you can contact us by online chat software, or by email, phone etc, we will get back to you very soon within 4 hours.
►We will also offer operation training for free in our factory and offer door-to-door service to send our engineer to your place for the machine’s installation service and operation training if you need.
►Installation, Operation and Maintenance details will be in the operation manual booklet and videos which will be sent to you with machine.
►Rexon’s guarantee time is two years for each of our equipment.
