The dielectric strength of insulating oil is a routine test that must be measured. In order to meet the needs of the market, our company has independently developed and produced a series of dielectric strength testers for insulating oil in accordance with the national standard GB/T507-2002, the industry standard DL429.9-91 and the latest power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. This instrument takes a single-chip microcomputer as the core, realizes all the test automation, has high measurement accuracy, greatly improves work efficiency, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the staff. At the same time, the instrument has a small appearance and is convenient to carry.
2. Main functions and features
1. This instrument uses a microprocessor to automatically complete operations such as boosting, holding, stirring, static release, calculation, and printing, and can perform oil cycle pressure test within the range of 0 to 80KV.
2. Large-screen color LCD display, touchable, Chinese and English interchangeable menu prompts; beautiful appearance and small size.
3. The operation of this instrument is simple, the operator only needs to make simple settings, and the instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of 1 cup of oil sample according to the settings. The breakdown voltage value and cycle times of 1 to 10 times will be automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage value and average value of each time.
